About the Author

Kareemah Yasmeen Williams was born and raised in Jersey City NJ and spent many summers with her Grandmother in East Orange NJ, which gives the reasoning of both cities holding a special place in her heart. The youngest of four, and an accomplished writer, she always had a keen perspective for detail and art, which ultimately lead her to pursue a degree in English/Writing at Bloomfield College and an MS in Leadership from Grand Canyon University.

Unable to shake the insatiable passion for Literary Science, she has a way of intricately weaving words to inspire and uplift those around her. Beyond her role as a mom of five, she finds joy in the artistry of painting, the lens of photography, and the rhythmic beauty and essence of writing poetry. One thing that fuels her creative endeavors is a deep passion for coffee, which mirrors the richness she strives to infuse into her writing.

As a dedicated educator, Kareemah extends her commitment beyond the classroom, fostering an environment of growth, and self-discovery. Her passion for education aligns with a profound desire. to guide others on their journey of healing through the transformative power of writing and journaling.
